Yes! We deliver nationwide across Kenya through our trusted courier partners. Most major towns receive deliveries within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Nairobi: Same day or next business day (for orders placed before 12 PM).
Other towns: 1–3 business days depending on your location.
You'll receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery fees vary based on your location. Nairobi deliveries start from KSh 200. Upcountry rates depend on the courier and destination. The exact cost is calculated at checkout or shared via WhatsApp before you confirm your order.
Every order is carefully packaged to protect the device during transit. We use protective bubble wrap and secure boxes. Your device arrives exactly as it left us — safe and intact.

Returns & Warranty

We accept returns for devices with manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered, reported within 24 hours of receipt. The device must be in its original condition and packaging. Change of mind returns are handled case by case — contact us to discuss.
